1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LEGESYS platform and all associated services ("Service"), operated by Anurag Sinha under the LEGESYS brand.

By subscribing to, purchasing, or using any LEGESYS product or service — including the LEGESYS AI-powered pipeline platform, FlowStage, The Autopilot Agency community, the Autopilot Starter Kit, or any consultation call — you ("Client," "User," or "Business Owner") agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from accessing or using our Services.

2. Scope of services

LEGESYS offers the following services and engagement options:

• LEGESYS done-for-you platform — Rs.59,999 + GST for 6 months. Includes AI landing page, WhatsApp AI qualifier, 90-day nurture sequence, pipeline dashboard, and personal onboarding by Anurag Sinha
• FlowStage done-for-you platform — Rs.59,999 + GST for 6 months. Includes community setup, course library, live streaming, website, and personal onboarding by Anurag Sinha
• The Autopilot Agency paid community — Rs.1,499 + GST per month or Rs.12,000 + GST per year
• Autopilot Starter Kit — Rs.499 + GST, one-time digital product
• Business Autopilot Success Call — Rs.5,999 + GST, one-time 60-minute personal consultation

Services are activated upon successful payment confirmation. Access to done-for-you services commences upon completion of your onboarding session with Anurag Sinha. Delays or failures in payment may result in suspension of access until payment is resolved.

3. Refund policy

LEGESYS and FlowStage done-for-you platforms

Given that these services involve significant personal time investment by Anurag Sinha to set up your platform:

• Cancellation requested before onboarding commences — full refund minus a 10% administrative processing fee
• Cancellation after onboarding has commenced — no refund, as primary service delivery has begun
• If LEGESYS is unable to deliver the agreed setup within the agreed timeframe due to our fault — pro-rata refund for the undelivered portion of the service

The Autopilot Agency paid community

• Monthly memberships — no refund for the current billing period; cancel at any time to stop future charges
• Annual memberships — refund available within 14 days of purchase; no refund after 14 days

Autopilot Starter Kit

All sales of digital products are final. As the product is a digital download with immediate access granted upon purchase, no refunds are available once access has been provided.

Consultation calls

• Cancellation with more than 24 hours notice — full refund
• Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or no-show — no refund
• Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 24 hours notice

All refunds are processed through the original payment method via Paymentz within 7–10 business days of approval.

4. Client identity and brand use

As a client of LEGESYS, you must operate your account and business under your own legal business name and entity.

You are not permitted to use the name "LEGESYS", "The Autopilot Agency", "FlowStage", or "Anurag Sinha" in your own marketing materials, domain names, business branding, or client communications unless you have received explicit written authorisation from Anurag Sinha.

Any unauthorised use of LEGESYS brand names, trademarks, visual assets, or implied association will result in immediate suspension of your account and may result in legal action.

You may state that your business uses LEGESYS as a technology platform without implying ownership, partnership, or endorsement beyond what is factually accurate.

5. Ownership and responsibility

You, as the client, are fully and solely responsible for:

• Managing your business operations, client relationships, and customer support
• Processing payments to your own customers through your own payment arrangements
• Ensuring your use of LEGESYS automation tools complies with applicable laws, including WhatsApp Business Policy and data protection regulations
• Obtaining appropriate consent from your leads and customers before enrolling them in automated communication sequences
• All content published on your LEGESYS-powered landing pages and platforms

LEGESYS and Anurag Sinha are not responsible for your internal business decisions, client disputes, revenue outcomes, or compliance with laws specific to your industry or jurisdiction.

6. Limitation of liability

LEGESYS is a technology and service provider. Our role is to build and deliver the systems described in Section 2. We do not act as a business partner, revenue guarantor, or co-owner of your business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.

Business results vary. Testimonials and case studies on our platforms represent individual outcomes and are not guarantees of your results.

7. Platform use and conduct

By using LEGESYS, you agree to conduct yourself and your business lawfully and ethically at all times.

You must not use the LEGESYS platform to:

• Conduct unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities of any kind
• Send unsolicited messages (spam) through the WhatsApp automation or any other communication channel
• Host, store, or distribute offensive, defamatory, or illegal content on your platform
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the LEGESYS platform or its underlying technology
• Resell, sublicense, or offer access to the LEGESYS platform to third parties without prior written authorisation
• Impersonate LEGESYS, Anurag Sinha, or any other person or entity

Violation of this section will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice and without refund.

8. Termination

LEGESYS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law
• Misuse or unauthorised use of the LEGESYS brand name or intellectual property
• Activity that damages the functionality, reputation, or security of the LEGESYS platform
• Non-payment or fraudulent payment activity

You may cancel your subscription or engagement at any time by contacting us at hello@legesys.com. Cancellations for monthly community memberships take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellations for done-for-you engagements are subject to the refund policy in Section 3.

Upon termination, your right to access LEGESYS Services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in full effect.

9. Intellectual property

All intellectual property associated with LEGESYS — including the platform design, automation logic, frameworks, methodologies, course content, templates, resources, and all branding — is owned by Anurag Sinha and protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

By purchasing our Services, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered materials for your own business purposes only. This licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content or methodologies
• You may not share account access or course content with individuals who have not purchased access
• You may not remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any of our materials

Content you create and post inside The Autopilot Agency community remains your intellectual property. By posting in the community, you grant us a limited licence to display that content within the community platform.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 (India).

For clients outside India, nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own country.
