This Data Policy outlines how LEGESYS manages, stores, retains, and handles data for all client accounts and sub-accounts on our platform. It applies to all LEGESYS clients, including users of the LEGESYS lead generation platform, FlowStage community platform, The Autopilot Agency, and all associated products and services operated by Anurag Sinha.
By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Data Policy regarding data storage, retention, and deletion procedures. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
2. Data storage rights
While your subscription or engagement is active and in good standing, you have complete access to store and manage the following on the LEGESYS platform:
- Videos and media files — all video content, images, and multimedia assets uploaded to your account
- Contacts and lead data — customer information, lead records, contact lists, and CRM data captured through your pipeline
- Business and operational data — funnels, automations, WhatsApp sequences, campaigns, workflows, and all business configurations
- Pipeline and nurture data — lead stages, conversation histories, follow-up sequences, and qualification records
- Community and course data — content, member records, and activity within your FlowStage platform
3. Data retention policy
Upon cancellation of any LEGESYS account, subscription, or engagement, LEGESYS maintains a 90-day data retention period. This policy applies uniformly to:
- LEGESYS done-for-you platform accounts
- FlowStage community platform accounts
- Autopilot Agency paid community memberships
- All sub-accounts and associated data created within your platform
During this 90-day retention period, your data is preserved on our systems. Account access may be restricted depending on the reason for cancellation and the current account status. You remain responsible for exporting any data you require before or during this window.
4. Data deletion timelines
Following account cancellation or deactivation, data goes through the following staged deletion process:

| After Day 90 | Permanently Deleted | All data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from all LEGESYS systems. Recovery is not possible after this point under any circumstances. |
5. Reasons for account deletion
Account data may be subject to the deletion timeline outlined in Section 4 for any of the following reasons:
- Non-payment — failure to maintain subscription payments or resolve outstanding billing issues within the grace period
- Voluntary cancellation — account holder initiates cancellation of their subscription or engagement
- Terms of Service violation — breach of LEGESYS Terms and Conditions resulting in account termination
- Extended inactivity — prolonged period of account inactivity as determined by platform policies
- User request — explicit written request from the account holder for data deletion under their data rights
In all cases, the 90-day retention window applies before permanent deletion, except where immediate deletion is required by law or in cases of serious Terms violations at LEGESYS's discretion.

LEGESYS expressly reserves the following rights and limitations regarding data management:
- LEGESYS reserves the right to delete data after 60 days of account inactivity due to non-payment, cancellation, or any other reason outlined in this policy
- LEGESYS holds no responsibility or liability for any data deleted after the 90-day retention period has expired
- LEGESYS is under no obligation to recover, restore, or retrieve deleted data once the permanent deletion process has been executed after Day 90
- Users are solely responsible for backing up and exporting all important data before account cancellation or subscription termination
- LEGESYS shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from data deletion performed in accordance with this policy
- LEGESYS shall not be liable for any third-party data loss or downstream impact on your clients or community members resulting from account cancellation
8. Data export
You have the right to request and perform a full export of your data at any time while your account is active. We strongly recommend completing all required data exports before initiating cancellation.
- Data export must be completed while your subscription or engagement is active and in good standing
- Export includes contact records, pipeline data, lead information, conversation histories, and content assets as available within your platform
- For assistance with data export prior to cancellation, contact our support team at hello@legesys.com before initiating your cancellation request
- Once an account enters the Day 60–90 pending deletion period, export capabilities may be limited or unavailable
- After Day 90, data export is not possible as all data has been permanently deleted

9. Updates to this policy
We may update this Data Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our platform, practices, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will:
